CARMA Build offer a full range of additional building and property maintenance services.
Plastering - Fixed, per square metre pricing on all plastering, including walls, ceilings and even rendering.
Electrical - Need more powerpoints? Fuse box overloaded the CARMA Build can supply a qualified domestic installer to address all of your electrical needs.
Plumbing - Fix that leaking tap, update your heating system, whatever the plumbing requirement CARMA Build can supply an engineer.
Brick/Block Work - The bricking up of unwanted windows, building of new dividing walls built from brick, blocks or stud walling.
Building Works - Need a complete conservatory building or just the base brick work? Property extensions, garages built all using CAMRA Build personnel or industry specific specialists.
Project Management - A Project Manager is assigned to all major building works and will liaise between you (the customer) and the on-site work force to ensure everything runs to plan and to the time frames given.
Pricing Policy
CARMA Build will produce a detailed quotation for all work undertaken. This ensures that there are no hidden surprises on completion for our customers. The customer is required to confirm acceptance of the quotation prior to any work starting or orders being placed.
Should during the course of CARMA Build providing any products or services additional expenditure is uncovered, prior to any additional work being undertaken a supplementary quotation will be given to and agreed by the customer.
